General & Legal Framework

1. What is EasyAlgos AI?

EasyAlgos AI is a software platform that enables users to deploy and manage automated trading strategies on accounts held with third-party brokers.

EasyAlgos AI does not operate as a broker, custodian, asset manager, investment advisor, or financial intermediary, and does not receive or hold client funds.

2. Does EasyAlgos AI provide financial, investment, or trading advice?

No. EasyAlgos AI does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, trading recommendations, or signals.

All decisions regarding strategy selection, configuration, deployment, risk exposure, and trading activity are made solely and independently by the user.

3. Does EasyAlgos AI guarantee performance, profitability, or specific results?

No. EasyAlgos AI makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding profitability, performance, risk reduction, or trading outcomes.

Past performance, simulations, or examples—where available—do not constitute guarantees of future results.

Pricing, Fees & Commercial Structure

4. Is EasyAlgos AI free?

Yes. EasyAlgos AI is provided free of charge to users. There are no subscription fees, licensing costs, fixed charges, or commissions payable to EasyAlgos AI for the use of the platform itself.

5. Will my account get any mark-ups?

No. EasyAlgos AI does not apply mark-ups, spreads, commissions, or trading cost adjustments to user accounts.

All trading costs are determined exclusively by the broker under its own pricing and execution conditions.

6. Does EasyAlgos AI act as an Introducing Broker (IB)?

In certain arrangements, EasyAlgos AI may act as an Introducing Broker (IB) for specific brokers.

In such cases:

The broker remains solely responsible for account operation, execution, custody, pricing, margin, and regulatory obligations.
EasyAlgos AI does not control or influence trading conditions.

Rebates & Account Relationships

7. Can I use a rebate service provider?

No. Where an account is linked under an EasyAlgos AI IB arrangement, third-party rebate service providers cannot be used simultaneously.

8. What if I already have an existing rebate service provider?

If a user already works with a rebate service provider, they may:

Open a new broker account associated with EasyAlgos AI, or
Transfer the existing account to the EasyAlgos AI IB arrangement, which will discontinue any existing rebate relationship

Brokers & Accounts

9. What brokers can I work with?

EasyAlgos AI supports a limited number of compatible third-party brokers, as specified in the official documentation and Help Center.

Broker availability may change at any time.

10. What type of account should I use?

Users are responsible for selecting the account type offered by the broker.

For technical compatibility and execution efficiency, accounts with low-spread or raw pricing structures are generally recommended, subject to broker availability.

VPS Infrastructure

11. What is the VPS service and who provides it?

The Virtual Private Server (VPS) is a third-party infrastructure service provided by independent VPS providers.

EasyAlgos AI may facilitate access to such services for eligible users but does not own, operate, control, or maintain VPS infrastructure.

12. Is EasyAlgos AI responsible for the VPS service?

No. The VPS service is provided entirely by third-party providers and is subject to their own terms, conditions, service levels, and privacy policies.

EasyAlgos AI:

Does not guarantee VPS availability, uptime, security, or performance
Is not responsible for outages, latency, data loss, configuration issues, or service interruptions
Acts solely as an intermediary facilitating access, where applicable

13. Can the VPS service be modified, suspended, or terminated?

Yes. Access to the VPS service may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time, with or without prior notice, by the VPS provider and/or associated brokers.

EasyAlgos AI shall not be liable for any consequences arising from such actions.

14. What are the requirements to access the VPS service?

Eligibility requirements—including minimum account balance, trading activity, or broker affiliation—are determined exclusively by third-party providers and brokers and may change at any time.

Failure to meet such requirements may result in suspension or termination of VPS access.

15. Can I run many EAs on EasyVPS?

Yes. The platform and supported infrastructure allow users to run multiple automated strategies on a single VPS environment, subject to technical limitations imposed by the VPS provider.

Trading Activity & Thresholds

16. What’s the minimum required balance?

Minimum balance requirements, if any, are determined by third-party brokers and/or VPS providers.

EasyAlgos AI does not set, control, or enforce account funding thresholds.

17. What’s the minimum required trades per month?

Minimum trading activity requirements, where applicable, are determined by brokers or VPS providers.

Failure to meet such activity thresholds may result in suspension or termination of associated services.

Responsibility, Risk & Compliance

18. Who is responsible for compliance with laws and regulations?

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of EasyAlgos AI, VPS services, and broker accounts complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and reporting obligations in their jurisdiction.

EasyAlgos AI does not provide legal, tax, or regulatory advice.

19. Is EasyAlgos AI liable for losses or damages?

No. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyAlgos AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to trading losses, missed opportunities, system downtime, or data loss.

20. Does EasyAlgos AI control or monitor trading activity?

No. EasyAlgos AI does not monitor, supervise, approve, or intervene in user trading activity. All trades are executed exclusively through third-party brokers under the user’s control.

Practical Use

21. How does EasyAlgos AI work, in practical terms?

EasyAlgos AI allows users to:

Connect a compatible broker account
Deploy automated trading software
Run that software continuously using third-party VPS infrastructure, if chosen The platform provides technical tooling only, not trading direction.

22. Do I need a broker account to use EasyAlgos AI?

Yes. Users must open and maintain an account with a compatible third-party broker.

Broker selection, approval, funding, and trading conditions are managed exclusively by the broker.

23. Why would someone use a VPS?

A VPS allows automated software to operate continuously without reliance on a personal computer or local internet connection.

Use of a VPS is optional and subject to third-party availability.

24. What happens if my VPS stops working?

If a VPS experiences downtime or interruption, automated trading systems may stop or behave unpredictably.

Users are responsible for monitoring and managing any resulting risks.

25. Can I stop using the VPS service?

Yes. Users may request cancellation of VPS access through the designated support channels.

Cancellation does not affect broker account obligations or executed trades.

26. Is EasyAlgos AI suitable for beginners?

EasyAlgos AI is a technical platform.

Users are expected to understand the risks of leveraged and automated trading systems prior to use.

27. Can EasyAlgos AI be used in all countries?

Availability depends on broker acceptance, VPS coverage, and applicable local laws and regulations.

Users must independently verify eligibility.

28. Where can I find technical documentation or support?

Technical documentation and support resources are provided separately and are informational only.

Support does not include trading advice or strategy evaluation.

Governing Documents

29. Which document governs in case of inconsistency?

In case of any inconsistency between FAQs, marketing materials, or explanatory content, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
